Culture Night 2025 takes place on Friday, September 19th, and promises to be another brilliant celebration of Ireland’s diverse and dynamic cultural scene. Across the country, towns and cities will open their doors for a night filled with free events, from street performances to hands-on workshops and everything in between.
Supported by the Arts Council and local authorities like Cavan County Council, Culture Night (Oíche Chultúir) is about community, creativity, and connection, and Bodhrán Buzz fits right in.
What Is Bodhrán Buzz?
Bodhrán Buzz is a high-energy, fully interactive experience built around Ireland’s most iconic drum. It’s loud, lively, and unforgettable, an invitation to connect through rhythm, laughter, and shared tradition.
Designed for all ages and abilities, our workshops are rooted in inclusion and play. There’s no musical experience required, just a willingness to have a go. And with our expert facilitator Robbie leading the way, everyone ends up in rhythm together.
From 5-year-olds to 85-year-olds, we’ve seen hundreds of hands beat the bodhrán and walk away smiling.
